Over the last 25+ years, I have tested the subconscious mind of over 2000 people.

This has given me great insight into the key blocks that stop people being as successful as they would like to be.

These key blocks impact every aspect of our life.

If we are honest with ourselves, we will see that other than illness, accident, injury or some random life events… the type of life and success we create comes down to our deep down belief systems and the emotions that come with them.

What you believe about yourself, your abilities, who you are and what you can achieve combined with your emotional health and how you feel day to day, inevitably controls your results and success.

The Big Problem is the majority of your beliefs are stored at the subconscious level of your mind…

This means you are not exactly sure what you believe deep down.

Your beliefs drive your emotional responses which in turn directly control the quality of your thoughts and actions.

If you think about it, you don’t consciously choose your emotions.

You don’t consciously choose to be anxious, doubtful or in fear, and you don’t consciously choose to feel excitement, happiness and optimism.

Something in your environment triggers your subconscious ‘stuff’ and you automatically feel certain emotions based on your underlying beliefs…

Without changing the deep down beliefs and clearing the negative stress based emotions, people do not change and do not create the success they want. You simply get more of the same.

Getting motivated, focusing on positive thinking and being mindful are great mindsets to have…

BUT… they are not enough on there own to create an actual mindset, belief and behaviour change.

So the question is how do you change your subconscious limiting beliefs and negative emotions effectively?

Therapy doesn’t cut it !

Generally, talking therapy doesn’t cut it.

You can become much more aware of your blocks and automated ways of thinking, feeling and acting, but that doesn’t change the patterns from running.

I have seen that  long term talk therapy makes things worse as you keep going over the past again and again.

This is an outdated mode of change based on outdated ideas and not science.

Neither does Hypnosis !

Hypnosis can work, but mostly it doesn’t work well enough, if at all.

There are many variables in hypnosis, including the quality of the hypnotherapist, they type pf hypnosis, the receptivity of the subject, the accuracy of the session and more.

I used hypnosis in my practice 20 years ago but only for a short time as it just doesn’t produce the results consistently enough.

However there is a new player in town…

Over 90% of people I have tested have some sort of subconscious block or fear about change !

Over 90% !

Most people view change in their life as being stressful, uncomfortable, painful, having less, taking a long time…

These are very limiting reactions that need to be cleared if you want to thrive in a world where change is faster than ever before.

We need to see change as a positive thing that brings us opportunity.

We need to believe we can thrive and be successful in a rapidly changing world.

We have to see change in our lives and the personal changes we need to make as allowing us to do more, be more, have more…

2. Eliminating Self Doubt.

We experience self-doubt as negative feelings in the gut and negative inner dialogue that stop you going for things and creating your life the way you want it.

6. Clearing the Fear of Failure and Success.

Many people, perhaps all of us at some level have a fear of failure.

A small bit of fear here and there is a good thing – to get to us take action, but intense feelings of failure have to be eliminated if you want to be successful.

Interestingly over the years of testing 1000’s of people it is amazing to see how many people have a block to being successful.

These are not conscious fears but are definite subconscious blocks many people have.

Obviously these are real blocks to success.

7. Procrastination.

Obviously, not doing what you know you should be doing or want to be doing stops all flow and success. Clearing procrastination from your mind is an essential change to allow you to create your life the way you want it.
