Actualisation means; The Process of Bringing Something Into Existence…
This is a written / typed exercise. Answer the questions below related to your goal.
State Your Goal…
Then add in some sensory inputs;

If there is an image or symbol that signifies achieving that goal, what would it be? You would then apply this image into your morning Gamma Mindset Start Your Day session.

On a scale of 0 – 100% – How confident do you feel you will achieve this goal ?
If not 100%, what is in the way ? Is it an emotion ? Fear, self-doubt, anxiety, other ?
If so, use the EFT-x process to clear that emotion completely.

#4 It is natural for me to GOAL.

Apply the Subconscious Test…
Put the palm of your hand over your belly button and close your eyes.
Repeat each statement to your self and score yourself on how much you believe each statement 0-100% – going by your GUT FEEL. This takes just a few seconds ! Do not analyse or rationalise, you want your subconscious reaction, not that of the conscious mind.
If you are not 100% on all of these, you would then integrate these beliefs with The Gamma Mindset Technique to get to 100%.
NOTE:
If you have subconscious blocks to Change (which most people do), you are limited in your goal achievement.
If you have subconscious blocks to Success / Money / Taking Action, you will be limited in your goal achievement.
It is very important that you have updated your subconscious with the foundational core beliefs in these categories.

Auditory:

- I am proud of myself.
- I ca do this and achieve bigger goals.

He then integrated these beliefs with The Gamma Mindset Technique and then we retested;

I then asked;
What is holding that 10% together ? Why is it not 100% ?
Answer:
“I have a fear of being seen”. This was related to creating social media and marketing content.
I asked; If we eliminated this fear of being seen, would you have 100% belief you can achieve this goal?
Answer;
YES.
We then would clear that Fear of Being Seen with EFT-x and integrate new positive beliefs about being seen with The Gamma Mindset Technique.

ACTION STEPS:
Next 3 action steps with timescales;
- Create a daily action plan and follow it to stop any procrastination. Starting tomorrow.
- Take more risks in trading, starting next month.
- Be seen more, make more content starting this week.

Each morning the client would then use the Gamma Mindset Start Your Day session seeing the icon or image that signifies achieving his goal.
Then he’d crack on with his daily action steps and enjoy the journey of actualising his goal.

Applying the Gamma GAP method to your goals gives you the best chance of achieving them.
You are clear of any negative emotions and your subconscious mind is fully programmed with the goal.
Your subconscious beliefs are all aligned with the goal, and so, all the power of your subconscious mind is working away on the goal for you !
